Savannah, GA— Jason Buelterman has been endorsed by the Savannah Regional Central Labor Council (SRCLC) for the Chatham County Commission Chairman position. In a letter received from the SRCLC, Christi Hulme commented, “The political committee was extremely impressed with your vision and your drive.”
The SRCLC has 37 affiliated local unions, which collectively represent over 8,600 members in southeast Georgia. Buelterman commented, “I am extremely honored to have the endorsement of the SRCLC. I appreciated the opportunity to talk to the SRCLC about policies to support working families of Chatham County.”
Jason Buelterman is seeking the position of Chatham County Commission Chairman in the November 3, 2020 election. Jason served as the Mayor of Tybee Island for fourteen years in addition to his three years on Tybee City Council. Jason has taught at Sol. C. Johnson High School for the last twenty years and is the Coordinator of the International Baccalaureate program.
